About participating restaurants

Dear Holder of the Honored Guest Program, Please be informed that starting from 01.10.2006 Honored Guest Program's terms in ROSTIK'S restaurants, located in Moscow and Moscow region, was changed. You could earn points only until 30.04.2006, and spend points until 01.10.2006.

Starting from 01.10.2006 you couldn't earn points in all restaurants (Il Patio, Planeta Sushi, Friday's, AmBar, Santa Fe, Moka-Loka), located in Moscow and Moscow region. You could spent points until 01.10.2007 in restaurants, located in Moscow or Moscow region, except of the following restaurants.

These conditions are valid only for restaurants, located in Moscow and Moscow region.

In other «Rosinter Restaurants» enterprises and restaurants the Program «Honored Guest» will operate without any changes.

How to know about your Honored Guest Points balance?

1. You can call the Honored Guest hotline and ask for your balance to your Honored Guest consultant. Call 8 800 200 0 781 (toll-free number). Our operators will answer you only at weekdays from 9.00 a.m. till 21.00.
2. Call 8 800 200 0 781 and get automatically your balance information from our IVR system. To get access to your balance you will need to know your card number and PIN.
3. In any restaurant, present your Honored Guest card and ask the waiter or cashier for your balance information.

4. Subscribe to our monthly electronic statement mailing, and you will receive a detailed account statement report by email directly to your address. To subscribe to this service, please click here.
5. Consult your detailed Points account 24h/24h on your account section at www.honoredguest.ru (card number and PIN required).

Important information

• You can exchange your Points earned during a calendar month from the 5th of the following month.
• Points are valid for a period of 12 month from the end of the calendar when they have been earned. Make sure you exchange your earned Point before 12 months or the Points will be automatically written off from.
