How to get discount
Please present your Diplomatic Dining card before paying the bill in any of Rosinter Restaurants participating in Program.
How to earn points
In any of Rosinter Restaurants participating in Program (except located in Moscow and Moscow region), present your Diplomatic Dining card before paying the bill. Your card will be returned with the bill with your name and card number printed along with confirmation of the points you earned.
For example, you pay a bill for 1000 rubles.
15% of 1000 rubles = 150 rubles (your discount)
1000 rubles -150 rubles = 850 rubles (bill total)
10% of 850 rubles = 85 points (bonus on your card)
How to use points
Using points is very simple. Just give your card to the waiter on paying the bill and say that you want to use bonus points to pay the bill. Restaurant personnel will check your points balance and report it to you. If your balance is enough to pay the whole sum you can do it with your bonus points only. You can also pay part of the bill with your points and the remaining sum - in cash or with a bank card. Your receipt will show the number of spent and remaining points. When using points, you must sign it.
Attention!
You can collect points and pay with them only in all outlets participating in Program except for those located in Moscow and Moscow region. Paying with bonus points in Moscow and Moscow region was available until October,1 2007. Points earned in the current month are credited to your account and become redeemable at the beginning of the following month. You can only use your card for payment when there are active points on it.
Points are valid for 12 months from the moment you earn them.

Additional information
Diplomatic Card can only be used by its holder, whose name is on the card. You can't pass the card to third parties. You may be asked to show your ID.

In the event of losing your Diplomatic Dining card, please report it to us immediately by telephone 8-800-200-0-781 or by e-mail nalexandrova@rosinter.ru. The card will be reissued with all previously earned points. Remember that if you do not report the loss promptly your points may be used by another person.
When your diplomatic accreditation expires or if you finish working at the embassy and leave Russia, please inform us by contacts above.
Validity of your Diplomatic Dining card is the same as diplomatic card. To prolong the validity of Diplomatic Dining Card please send us a letter with number of your new diplomatic card and period of its validity by e-mail nalexandrova@rosinter.ru.
